Why live naturally?

There may be many questions swimming through your head about living a natural lifestyle. Hopefully, I can provide some reasons for changing here, based on my own experience.

  1. I can breathe.

I used to wake up congested nearly every day, and now, I don't. In fact, it's very rare that I do.
  2. I don't have daily headaches anymore.

I used to suffer from headaches that were really terrible, usually every day, and I couldn't get them to go away with anything. I could suppress them, but they didn't go away.

  3. It's less expensive.

At first, you may feel like you're buying a lot, but you'll have to ditch some old stuff and build up new supplies. Once you do that, it will save you money in the end.
  4. It reduces my risk for getting cancer, other terminal illnesses, or developing chronic health problems.

Nearly all of the typical products you can buy in a store contain toxic ingredients that are known cancer-causing agents, among other things.
  5. It reduces your amount of waste or carbon footprint.

All the typical toxic ingredients used are not only terrible for people and animals, they're bad for the air, plants, and rest of the earth, too.
